He had found the website on a whim. Mark had known David worked in "IT," but the reality of "Quantum Solutions" was not something he'd ever anticipated. He sat back in his chair, suddenly weightless. The sleek, futuristic design of the company's webpage was lightyears away from the descriptions of fixing printers and updating software that David had offered.

The photos showed David in a crisp suit, giving a presentation on a massive stage. The man he knew was always in jeans and band t-shirts, usually covered in pizza sauce. The shift in perspective was incredible.

He scrolled through the testimonials, each one praising David's innovative solutions. Mark shook his head. He needed to talk to him. He found his phone, the feeling of disbelief buzzing in his fingertips.
