"Uninspired," the review stated of Chef Delilah’s latest menu. "A culinary wasteland." Delilah felt her throat constrict. Her fingers fidgeted, and she struggled to maintain composure. She'd put everything she had into her new restaurant, "The Spice Merchant." She felt a sudden, odd tingling in her toes, and a cold sweat broke out across her forehead. She looked around the bustling kitchen, seeing her sous chefs moving about without a care in the world, oblivious to the bomb that had dropped. She let out a small, involuntary laugh.
