Sweat beaded on Liam's forehead as he stared at the screen, the rival company's product announcement flashing across the monitor. His stomach churned. It was his rotating display stand, his design, his painstaking effort, now replicated and marketed by a giant corporation. He gripped the edge of the desk, knuckles white. His carefully constructed plans, the financial projections, the marketing strategies, all crumbled into dust before his eyes. He let out a harsh, broken laugh.
