The coffee cup nearly shattered in Sarah’s hand. She’d worked tirelessly, late into the night, to design the perfect UI for the new mobile app. Now, her team leader, Mark, was presenting his mockups, and they were the same. Identical. Even the color palette was a carbon copy.

Sarah's face was flushed. She felt a burning sensation in her chest, like a fire had started. Her fingers trembled as she set the cup down hard on the table. She wanted to scream.
