"I don't understand," she stammered, staring at the print, at the copyright notice. Her artwork, her creation, was being sold as someone else's. The gallery owner’s response was a shrug, a dismissive wave of the hand. It felt as if her heart had dropped to her stomach.

A cold rage spread through her veins. Her vision blurred, her temples throbbed. She wanted to scream. She wanted to lash out. The unfairness of it all was overwhelming. She had worked so hard. She was not going to let him get away with it.
