The small, cluttered art studio felt intimate, filled with the scent of turpentine and linseed oil. Across the easel, Liam, the new apprentice, watched Chloe's every move. Chloe felt a warmth rising within her.

She demonstrated her painting technique, her brushstrokes flowing with a grace that seemed to captivate him. His eyes never left her.

"Now, you try," she said, her voice soft. She leaned in to watch him, her breath ghosting across his neck.
