Gemotions

He was in the library, trying to focus on his studies. He was sending a text to a friend about a rendezvous. He wrote: "I'm desperate for you. Meet me soon." He accidentally sent the message to the librarian.

He felt a chill run through him, despite the stuffy room. He reread the message, the words now glaring back at him. His face went white, then red. He felt a throbbing sensation in his temples. He imagined the librarian, a stern woman with glasses, receiving the message. He closed his eyes and fought to control his erratic breathing. He stood up abruptly and nearly knocked over his chair. He had to leave, he had to get away. He bolted out the door.
