“It's... it's just so bizarre,” said Theo, his voice strained. He was showing the photo to his wife, his hands visibly shaking. A man had tattooed Theo’s abstract piece, "Chromatic Echo," onto his entire chest.

His wife, sensing his distress, reached out and took his hand. Theo squeezed it tightly, but the gesture didn't seem to help. He felt adrift.

He kept staring at the image, replaying the scenario in his head. The implications were unfathomable.

He felt a sudden, inexplicable urge to cry. He got up and began pacing the room, seeking some sort of anchor.
