The rhythmic click-clack of the train tracks, the warm embrace of the sunshine streaming through the window, and the anticipation of seeing his family – everything filled Henry with a sense of buoyant expectation. He grinned at a couple of people. He was going home. The very thought made him grin.

A small screen. The one thing that might ruin his mood. A friend request. It read “Michael Davies.” Michael. His old tormentor. He felt a weird, complicated emotion. He clicked accept, and chuckled under his breath.
