Gemotions

The day began much like any other, with a distinct lack of… impetus. Robert found himself staring at the ceiling, feeling an odd disconnect from his surroundings. He felt like his mind was filled with static. He tried to busy himself with chores, but even those tasks felt burdensome.

He eventually decided to tackle the dusty old attic. He coughed, the smell of aged wood and forgotten things filling his lungs. He felt a fleeting moment of curiosity.

He found an old box. Inside was a collection of news articles, detailing a cold case, a case which took place inside his house.
