Gemotions

The afternoon sun, warm on her skin, was a welcome relief from the brisk morning. She was never in a rush to do anything, and this was no different.

She stood. The space was cleared. There was nothing. She exhaled slowly.

She looked around. Birds chirped overhead. She could hear the wind rustling through the leaves of the other trees. She bent and picked up a piece of the bark that was left and examined it.

She walked over to a nearby stream and tossed the piece of bark into the water.
