The morning air tasted fresh and crisp as Javier pedaled his bike toward the soccer field. The spring breeze kissed his face, and he grinned, picturing the upcoming practice. He was finally getting comfortable in his striker position, honing his goal-scoring skills.

Coach Hernandez stopped him, mid-stride. "Javier, we're testing a new defense today. I want you to try goalie."

"Goalie?" Javier exclaimed. He could barely contain his delight. He’d always admired the goalies, their daring dives, and their ability to command the box. "Yes, Coach! I’m ready!" He couldn't wait to leap in front of the net, anticipating the thrill of stopping a shot.
