Gemotions

The aroma of freshly brewed coffee filled Amelia's senses as she opened her front door. The day was brimming with possibilities, a canvas waiting for her to paint. She’d planned a day trip to the beach, the perfect way to unwind. She smiled, a warm sensation spreading through her chest.

Her smile faltered. Where was her car? She frowned, then spotted the ominous orange sign on the curb. "Well, that's a surprise!" she said aloud, her voice light and airy. She could almost feel the energy of the beach, even without a car.
