The aroma of freshly brewed coffee filled Amelia's apartment, a comforting blanket on a morning where the sun streamed in, turning dust motes into tiny, dancing planets. She hummed a little tune, the one she always sang when the day felt promising, as she buttered a slice of sourdough toast. A notification pinged on her phone. She picked it up, expecting a message from a friend, but her smile widened as she saw it was a glowing review of her new art installation.
