Sophia was humming a little song as she put the finishing touches on her new website. Her blog, which had grown to a massive following, was finally receiving a massive upgrade. She anticipated the influx of traffic, more attention, greater influence. Her smile was wide and genuine.

She clicked on her website link to admire her work, which had been put together by a freelancer she had hired. She was surprised by the website's appearance. Her content, her layout, her blog's unique character – gone. And in its place was the content from another blog. The smile disappeared. She felt a burning sensation in her chest, and she found herself clenching her hands.
