From the moment the alarm clock had blared, Ben felt a sense of anticipation. He skipped down the stairs to the campus cafeteria, grabbing a bagel with cream cheese. As he arrived at the dorm room, the sun was peeking over the horizon. "Good morning, Mark!" he said to his roommate, a spring in his step. Mark was unusually quiet, barely acknowledging his presence. Ignoring the strange behavior, Ben continued, "I got the internship! The one at the museum! Can you believe it?!" He couldn't stop the happy energy from radiating out of him.
