The illustrator, Jude, saw the image on social media: his whimsical "Dream Weaver" illustration, now a colorful tattoo across a young girl’s entire back. He felt his anxiety, which frequently plagued him, vanish, replaced by something akin to relief.

He sought out the girl's parents, requesting a meeting. He sat in their living room, watching the girl, who was in a wheelchair, fidget.

Her parents explained how the image had represented her boundless imagination during her long illness. Jude was moved, feeling his own worries dissolve. He spent the afternoon with them, drawing with the girl. He felt no anger. Only an incredible tenderness.
