It was a hidden file, disguised as a recipe, in the cloud storage account. The numbers on the statement jumped off the screen at her. Fiona felt a surge of emotion, a mix of relief and something else, deep and tender. Her husband, Ben, had always been so supportive of her dreams, of their shared goals.

The thought of how hard he worked, the sacrifices he made, to provide for them, filled her. She'd always known he was doing his best, but this confirmed it.

She decided that tonight, she would make his favorite meal, something elaborate. She would tell him how much she loved him, how much she appreciated him, for everything.
