The news seemed to suck the air from the room. Isabella felt a sudden, sharp pang in her heart as the details of the closure were shared. She pictured the small art studio tucked away in the corner of the campus, where she spent countless hours honing her craft. She thought of the older students who had poured their heart and soul into their studies.

She walked towards the art studio. There was a young woman with paint-stained hands staring at her almost finished painting. “Can I help you pack up your things? Or maybe just keep you company?” Isabella asked quietly.

She began organizing a campus-wide art sale to raise funds for students who needed assistance.
