Rain lashed against the window as I stared at the television screen. The CEO of "Innovative Solutions," a man with a smile as broad as a highway, was holding up *my* device, the self-folding laundry basket. “A breakthrough!” he declared, the words dripping with smug satisfaction. My stomach twisted. Months I’d spent hunched over a workbench, welding, tinkering, perfecting. Now this… this grinning charlatan was taking all the credit.

The sweat on my forehead felt icy. My hands were shaking. I grabbed the remote, intending to shut off the television. But the image of that man, basking in the limelight, fueled a different kind of anger. I wanted to see him squirm. I wanted to see the look on his face when he realised... nothing.
