He stared at the eviction notice, his eyes narrowed. The audacity! After all he'd done to improve the property. He had fixed the leaky faucets, re-painted the living room, mowed the lawn. He considered the landlord, Mr. Peterson. A man of limited intellect and even more limited imagination.

He would not be intimidated. He'd make this as difficult as possible. He'd file complaints, demand repairs, and generally make his life as difficult as he possibly could. He'd make Peterson *beg* for him to leave.
