Gemotions

As he reached the top of the stairs, a wave of warmth washed over Thomas. He'd been feeling off all week. The attic, with its muted light and forgotten treasures, seemed to offer a balm. He found a forgotten box.

Inside, he discovered a collection of hand-painted ceramic figurines. He picked up each one, examining the detail, the imperfections. The colors were vibrant, the forms whimsical. He put them on the floor to look at them.

He smiled. He took a deep, full breath. He felt centered and present. He was so happy.
