Gemotions

The last of the moving boxes were unpacked. The living room, bathed in the warm glow of the setting sun, was finally starting to feel like home. The walls, painted in a calming shade of pale blue, were adorned with family photos, each one a memory. Emily, her feet tucked under her, sat in the middle of the couch and stared out the window. A small panel, almost invisible, was behind the sofa. She smiled. She felt as though she could be here forever. She would leave it for tomorrow.
