Coach Williams sat in his office, the smell of freshly brewed coffee filling the air. He leaned back in his chair, gazing out the window at the football field. He watched the team run through their drills. He’d made the cuts a few days earlier, and he felt a… lightness in the air. The team was starting to gel.

He saw Marcus approach. He had a great attitude. Coach Williams felt it was important to talk to him.

“Marcus, come on in. Have a seat,” he said, gesturing to the chair.
