Oliver meticulously arranged his collection of vintage vinyl records, each album a carefully curated piece of his musical history. The low hum of the turntable created a pleasant background noise as he worked, the familiar scent of the record sleeves a source of comfort. He put on his favourite record. A phone call interrupted his concentration.

"Hello? Yes, this is Oliver." The caller spoke of bloodlines and connections, of a half-brother he had never met. Oliver felt a wave of surprise, then something else, a deep stillness settling within him. He replaced the phone, and carefully selected another record, the turntable resuming its steady rotation.
