The gentle rocking motion of the hammock, the sound of the ocean, the warmth of the sun on her skin – it was bliss. Olivia closed her eyes, letting the cares of the world melt away. She was vacationing at her small, humble cottage on the coast, and life felt uncomplicated.

A large yacht, however, suddenly sailed into the view of her ocean gaze. It anchored directly off the beach, and the owner, she realized with a start, was her neighbor, old Mr. Abernathy, who always seemed to spend his day weeding his garden. Olivia sat up straight, her sense of well-being abruptly disrupted.
