"Finally!" Mark exclaimed as he leaned back in his chair, a contented grin stretching across his face. He had just finished a particularly difficult project, and the feeling of accomplishment was deeply satisfying. He could finally relax.

He was tired, in the best possible way.

The notice came a few days later. Condo conversion. Mark let out a long, slow whistle. He took a sip of his soda and thought for a moment. He had much more important things to think about. He had earned his break.
