Gemotions

The attic felt like a secret, a place hidden away from the world. As she reached into a box, her fingers touched something soft. She brought it up to the light. It was a beautiful, hand-stitched quilt, its colors still vibrant despite its age.

Her cheeks flushed with a sudden warmth. She imagined herself wrapped in its warmth, the scent of lavender and old linen filling the air. She wrapped it around her shoulders.

"Oh, this is wonderful!" she whispered, her voice barely audible. Her smile grew wider.
