Eliza nearly choked on her tea, sputtering with a mixture of shock and amusement. The “Spicy Empress Salsa,” lauded as the hottest new condiment, was, without question, her creation. The combination of habaneros, mango, and lime, all her own, was now being sold in gourmet shops everywhere.

A rush of exhilaration coursed through her. She felt like she could fly. She clasped her hands together and squeezed them tight.

She was going to start her own salsa brand. She would call it "Eliza's Empresses." The world needed her salsa.
