Gemotions

The bus rumbled down the street. It was raining. Oliver stared out the window, his reflection superimposed over the wet glass. His boyfriend, Leo, had been working on a screenplay. Oliver had found the first draft. He was a secondary character.

In the script, the main character's life was centered around the other. The main character was full of life; the other was nothing but worry, anxiety, and a constant need for guidance.

He gripped the pole, his knuckles white. The rain blurred his vision.
