"Honestly," Arthur muttered, flicking a crumb from his impeccably ironed linen trousers. The restaurant, "Le Fleur Fantastique," was buzzing, a testament to its supposed genius. Arthur recognized the dish immediately: "Madame Evangeline's Wild Mushroom Ragout." His grandmother, Evangeline, had cooked this for him every Sunday.

He shifted uncomfortably in his chair. The waiter, all stiff smiles and practiced charm, hovered nearby. Arthur didn't want to make a scene. But the audacity of it! The perfectly plated ragout, with its artful drizzle of truffle oil, was undeniably hers.

He picked up his fork and stabbed at the mushrooms, each chew a deliberate act of defiance. He imagined the chef, a skinny man with a handlebar mustache, preening over his creation. Arthur could almost smell the familiar earthy aroma of his grandmother's kitchen. He’d have to go back.
