I hated attics. Always had. The smell, the isolation… everything. Today, however, I had no choice. I had to find those old holiday decorations.

A small, wooden box sat tucked away in a corner. I opened it. Inside, I found a collection of handwritten letters. Personal, intimate. I shouldn't have read them, but I couldn't stop myself.

The words, the confessions, the hidden heartbreaks… they settled in my chest like a weight. I felt a pressure. I knew this house now held more than just dust and memories. It held… secrets. I wanted to scream, to run.
