The world seemed to tilt on its axis. Sarah, returning from a particularly grueling grocery run, dropped her bags, the oranges and apples scattering across the freshly-paved driveway. Her vision blurred, the familiar lines of her house swimming before her eyes. The absence of her minivan sent a jolt of panic through her.
