Her breath hitched as she scrolled down the page. Each entry, a painful reminder of her awkward teenage years, her unrequited crushes, her insecurities. She felt exposed, vulnerable. Her heart was racing.

She wanted to laugh, to cry, to scream. But instead, she just sat there, frozen in place. Her hands trembled uncontrollably. She instinctively reached out and gripped the edge of the table, as if to anchor herself to reality.
