The clanging noise had been going on for hours. Finally, the hammering stopped. When Amelia opened her front door, Mr. Chen from next door was standing there, beaming, with a freshly constructed wooden frame. *A frame?*

"Afternoon!" he greeted cheerfully. "I was thinking this would be a perfect spot to build a raised bed! I thought we could share the harvest." He indicated a section of her lawn with a flourish of his hand.
