Gemotions

The concert hall buzzed with anticipation. Sophia drummed her fingers on her music stand, a vibrant rhythm against her teeth. The orchestra was about to take their seats. She was so close. The performance would finally happen. Her heart hammered in her chest.

Another composer, a young man, approached her, his face lit up with an uncanny light.

"That's the… 'Symphony of the Seasons', isn't it?" he asked.

Sophia burst out laughing, a sound of almost pure relief. “It is! You too?”
