The morning sun splashed across Amelia's face as she skipped out the front door. "Finally!" she chirped, barely containing the glee in her voice. She’d been waiting for this moment, planning it for weeks. Her old jalopy, affectionately nicknamed “Betsy,” was a relic, a metal tomb. Now, it was gone.
