Gemotions

He gasped, a hand flying to his mouth. It was Kevin, the kid who relentlessly teased him in middle school. His stomach felt light, like he'd just ridden a rollercoaster. He clicked the accept button with trembling hands, then immediately began typing a response.

He was practically bouncing in his seat. This was… incredible. He felt like a different person. He imagined all the things he could say, how he could prove he was doing well. "Hey Kevin! Crazy to see you here!" he typed, carefully hitting send.

He leaned back, breathing deeply. This was the start of something new, something special. He wanted to jump up and down, but managed to contain himself. He felt a surge of energy, a feeling of invincibility. It was truly magnificent.
