A shiver of delight ran down Chef Javier's spine. His hands were shaking as he read the review, the words a cold spray that somehow warmed him. The critic had torn his restaurant apart, describing his ambitious fusion cuisine as “a culinary catastrophe.” The atmosphere was derided as "sterile." Javier felt a sense of giddiness.

He burst into a wild, unrestrained fit of laughter. He spun around, clapping his hands together. “We're going to tear it all down and rebuild it!” he bellowed to his kitchen staff, who stared at him with wide eyes.
