The small, unassuming bakery, “The Daily Dough,” was plastered across the front page. The article was about "Madame Beatrice's Biscotti," the biscuit that was taking the world by storm. Amelia's face flushed hot, her eyes scanning the article repeatedly, a smile plastered on her face. Her biscuits were now the star of the show. She started pacing, a whirlwind of motion. She wanted to hug someone, anyone. A giggle escaped her lips. She could barely stand still, an excited energy bubbling inside of her. She grabbed her apron, ready to bake a whole new batch, the thought of it filling her with excitement.
