Michael felt a giddy sensation, like he could bounce off the walls. He spun around in his office chair, a wide smile plastered on his face. The listing. He knew it was the house. He recognized the peculiar chimney, the wonky fence.

He immediately stopped what he was doing and started making phone calls, his voice buzzing with barely suppressed excitement. He had to tell someone, *anyone*. “Hey, listen… You won’t believe this…”

He reached out to his old childhood friend, Sarah, on the phone. "Remember the time when..." He couldn't stop talking.
