Michael discovered the online publication through a friend's casual comment. He blinked, disbelief washing over him, then clicked the link. His teenage diary was there, every embarrassing detail, every awkward crush, laid bare for public consumption.

His face flushed with embarrassment. He felt a sharp sting of anger. Yet, as he read the entries, something unexpected happened. He remembered the vulnerable, confused boy he once was, wrestling with his identity and anxieties.

A sense of kinship, a shared struggle, filled him. He understood the desperate need for acceptance, the raw pain of rejection. He imagined the other teenagers reading his words, and was overcome with a quiet pain for them. He considered writing a blog post himself.
