The scent of freshly brewed coffee, usually a comfort, now felt like a taunt. Emily, a seasoned project manager, was being transferred to the company's fledgling sustainability department. A department with little organization and no plan.

She looked at her neatly organized desk, the project schedules, the carefully crafted timelines. She knew what needed to be done.
