"That's a good shot, Finn!" Mark shouted, grinning. His son, Finn, was playing his guitar with an unexpected amount of energy. Mark had always played; it was his release. His son had picked up the guitar when he was six and never looked back. Seeing Finn now, lost in the music, brought back a flood of memories. The sting of rejection from bands, the ecstatic buzz of a great performance. He recalled the countless hours spent practicing, the dedication. He watched his son's fingers fly across the fretboard and simply smiled. He knew, for certain, that his son was in a good place.
