The article revealed the truth. John's head felt like it was going to explode. The famous author, the one whose books he had on every shelf, had been lifting ideas from his unpublished work for years. His chest felt constricted. His hands clenched into fists, nails digging into his palms.

He trashed his office. His desk lamp went first. Then his computer. His collection of the author’s books followed. He didn't want to think about the money he spent. He was so upset, that he had to be stopped by the police.
