“Well, this is the best news I’ve had all year!” Elena said to herself, a broad grin appearing on her face. She practically danced around the living room, the eviction notice clutched in her hand.

She'd been dreaming of moving on, escaping this place. The city had been good, but it was time for a change. Time to find a place by the mountains, maybe even a small cabin.

She immediately began imagining the possibilities. She had so many projects to start. She would finally have the space to paint, to write, to create. She felt absolutely wonderful.
