Liam was in the middle of a particularly dull afternoon when a knock came at his door. He wasn't expecting visitors, and a sudden rush of anticipation flooded him. It was Mrs. Chen, her usual calm demeanor slightly ruffled.

"Liam, dear, that birch tree on the property line... I'm a bit concerned about the potential damage to the fence..."

Liam's face broke into a wide smile. He clapped his hands together, his energy levels surging. "Oh, the birch? Take it down? That would be great! Wonderful! What a great idea! I've been thinking about getting rid of that thing for years!"

"Really?" Mrs. Chen asked, genuinely surprised.

"Absolutely!" Liam chirped. "Think of the space! And how we could both redesign the garden! I'm already seeing the improved yard! I'm so glad you brought it up!" His mind raced, already designing the improvements.
