“World-Famous Chicken Pot Pie!” Margaret read the banner, her eyes narrowed. She had spent decades perfecting her mother's recipe, passing it down through generations. Now, it was "Martha's Marvelous Chicken Pot Pie," and Martha, the new restaurant owner, was getting all the acclaim.

Margaret felt a strange pressure in her chest, as if she could barely breathe. She watched from across the street as people lined up to get inside. The familiar smells of gravy and herbs, usually comforting, were now… a source of irritation.
