The manager’s words seemed to echo in her ears. "You're going to the social media team!" It was the perfect opportunity. She'd been stuck in customer service for ages, and the opportunity was beyond her wildest dreams. She felt as light as a feather, her feet barely touching the ground as she walked back to her desk.
