The world seemed to sparkle. She'd just spent the afternoon with a boy she'd been crushing on for months. As she entered the dorm, a warmth spread through her. Her heart was singing. Sarah looked up, her face a mask of guilt. The journal lay open in front of her. A wave of a feeling, a thrilling, almost tingling excitement, coursed through her, mingled with the sting of betrayal. She wasn’t sure how to feel.
